Now, say hello to Octoplus Plumbing & Gas.
We’ve got a fresh new name, but we’re still the same team who’s been looking after your home. And we wouldn’t be here without you.
To say thanks for your support, I’ve put together a few special offers, exclusively for our past customers. A little something from us, to you.

Better water starts here
Give your home a fresh start with a water filter upgrade—and a refreshing launch discount.
Upgrade your water this summer.
Your bathroom. Our next feature.
Make your bathroom the star of the show!
If you’ve been putting off replacing your toilet – now’s the time. We’re offering this because we want to show future customers the way we do things ‘behind the scenes’ – but that means we need to bring our video guy along and it’s a little extra disruption for you. This way it’s a win-win for both of us.
Discount depends on the number of toilets replaced together, toilet type and access.

With the property market having cooled off – now is the perfect time to do extra due diligence and make sure you’re not buying someone else’s DIY fixes and dodgy plumbing disasters. Invisible plumbing & drainage issues can cost tens of thousands to fix.
A little surprise from us
Every general plumbing job booked during our launch celebration gets a spin of the wheel and a chance at a little extra.
Launch offers valid for bookings from 15 October to 31 December 2026. Limited offers apply to the first eligible customers who book each month, not callback requests. Our team will confirm availability and your final quote before you book. Lucky dip spins are arranged with your booked job; pictured prizes are examples.
We’re committed to delivering extra care and extra skill in everything we do for our customers. Breaking the industry stereotype one job at a time.
